Through 2010 I have spent a lot of time thinking & working on clarifying the benefits our clients enjoy from using our services. I particularly focused on Return On Investment asking myself how should we measure it? & how do you report on it so that we can work with our clients to maximize the ROI in a project? These questions & others have lead to a progressive re-write of our website & other marketing material. Through 2011 I’m going to share our thinking on how to improve the cold call part of the sales process & I’d welcome your thoughts & comments.
